Villa Solisa is a charming detached three bedroomed house in the picturesque Breton village of Dolo.
It is set in its own delightful garden of more than half an acre, which has been landscaped to the highest standard amass with lovely shrubs, flowers, apple and pear trees.
It is ideally located in a village setting only 2minutes drive from the lakeside resort of Jugon les Lacs and 19 minutes from the Medieval village of Dinan .
The coast is 30 minutes away with the lovely beaches of Pleuneuf-Val-Andre and St.Cast just waiting to be explored.
Booking and availability
The ground floor has an open plan living/dining room, a kitchen and 1 double bedroom with an en - suite shower room and an independent WC which is accessible from the living room. The focal point of the living room is the beautiful stone French fireplace . There are French windows opening out onto a patio area on both sides of the living room. The dining room can seat up to 8 people once the table has been fully extended.
1st Floor: 2 large bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The main upstairs bathroom contains a bath with a shower attachment and a W.C. and marble surround washhand basin.
The patio area has garden furniture and a barbecue.
Review: chris says: "Fantastic villa, loads of space. Clean, bright with great facilities. Excellent garden and grounds - so much space, flowers, shrubs and fruit everywhere. The children so enjoyed being able to roam freely and play in the extensie gardens. great personal touch on arrival, bottles of cider in the fridge and fresh cut flowers on the table. If anyone is looking for a wonderful place to wind down and recharge the batteries, I would find it hard to recommend anywhere better. 30 minutes takes you to some wonderful beaches and the local Jugon Les Lacs has amazing water sports and even an outdoor heated pool with the most amazing views. 10 out of 10 from me, the wife and the very diffciult to please children. We will be returning." |
